Celexa, Your thoughts?
I was prescribed Celexa, scared to try. I’m afraid once I start an antidepressant I will be on them forever.

(I had tried a week on

Feeling abandoned
So I stopped taking my antidepressant on my own a week ago. I talked to my psychiatrist about it today, and she told me that I don’t have to see her anymore since I’m not taking meds. I understand the thought process, but what I don’t understand is why I feel so distressed and hurt by this. It’s not

Have tried a couple of
antidepressants
which lowered my heart rate and am now on pregablin which has relieved the anxiety but seems to be making my breathing worse. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, I am new here. I’m very depressed over...take your pick....Dialysis, COVID-19, my husband’s Alzheimer’s.......
Hi, I’m likely facing dialysis sooner than later, I have a tendency to sluff off sodium, so it runs low/normal, I’m thinking Zoloft is the only antidepressant I could take. If you’re on an antidepressant, which one has worked for you? Does what worked for you fundamentally change once you’re on dialysis

weight gain on antidepressants
Are there any
antidepressants
that doesn't cause weight gain.. Im taking prozac for my OCD for 3 months now and I have gained weight. The weight gain is making me not want to take anymore. I don't want the excess weight on top of OCD & anxiety.

The neurologist has spoken about how this may be me rather than the tablets, therefore

Thyroid Rage and mental illness symptoms from Graves’ Disease?
I saw a psychiatrist who wanted to prescribe a course of SSRI
antidepressants
but I’ve been hesitant because I think that the Graves’ is to blame as opposed to depression. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I am in my 50's and I have had severe depression and anxiety since a very early age. I have seen many psychiatrists, psychologist, read
Also, before you even think of
antidepressants
...You should have a complete CBC and thyroid levels check as well as testosterone levels. Hypothyroidism can cause severe depression.

Sickness with antidepressants
I’ve been on and off Citalopram for about a year now and I’ve just decided I want to start taking them again. I took my first one this morning and I’ve felt incredibly sick since. Anyone know how to help with this and has anyone else experience this?
