ra associated eye ulcers
hi everyone, I posted in this community quite a while ago about an ulcer in my eye which the rheumatologist said was caused by the ra. At the time, I was given some very helpful advice and information by Kags1068. Since then, I have had 4 more ulcers (my eyes take it in turns), and am currently in week

I seem to remember many years ago getting
antibiotics
( reluctant to take). For a tender side Last night I couldn’t have walked the dog again even if it was cool enough!

Antibiotics? With or against immune system?
We've all had
antibiotics
for one reason or another but do they work alongside the immune system to give it a little helping hand or are they completely independent? So, given to someone with a weakened immune system should that patient be given a slightly higher dose, or longer course?

I have taken 5 courses of
antibiotics
since February for a persistent UTI and I think it might be worth seeing if this will help to get rid of it. Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm trying to make the post as short as possible, anyway in the last couple of months I've had to have two courses of antibacterial
antibiotics
, for a infected toe and lastly antibiotic cover for teeth extractions.

Never done laparoscopy Now I'm a tired woman out of options, doesn't know if she should stop trying or she should continue as long as she still produce eggs and blastocysts embryos.

In April I had 2 big asthma attacks in 3 days which led to me being admitted to hospital where I was also diagnosed with pneumonia. 3 courses of
antibiotics
and 6 courses of steroids later I was feeling better but in all honesty I don’t think Iv been 100% since then.

Diuretics
Has anyone found a particular diuretic effective for swollen feet? when I first reported them to my GP, she prescribed Indapamide - which had a marginal effect. I was due to see my cardiologist a short while later, and told him what I was taking, he said 'No, that's the wrong one' and said I needed

Health Anxiety
At the time I was sick with some sort of virus and was given
antibiotics
and sent home. I recovered and was told to see a GI dr about the increased enzymes. I was feeling good and all was well with me.

Frequent/recurring UTIs and advice
I'm hoping my wife won't have to be on the low dosage
antibiotics
for life to manage the UTI. And if that was the case, at what point (or under what conditions) does the physician diagnose this to be the remedy to take?

3rd flare of Diverticulitis
I was given
Antibiotics
after 3 weeks, and they did seem to help. Also followed the low fibre diet for 1 month. Bowel movements are now back to normal, I'm re-introducing fibre slowly and keeping a daily diary. Yesterday strawberries which I'm thinking will need to be avoided.
