I've never heard of any problems with drinking alcohol in moderation. It's excessive alcohol consumption that can damage the bones.

I would think that one or two glasses of red wine spread out throughout the evening would not affect you, particularly if you have water or a soft drink in between. You could even dilute the wine a little to make it weaker and last longer

It is now a couple of weeks since your infusion and it is likely that any problems would have shown itself by now, like your UTI, which has now gone.

I am guessing you are taking other meds so it may be worth looking at the leaflets that come with those as you may find you cannot have alcohol with them.

I googled and found that alcohol in moderation and no more than 14 units a week would not cause problems. I imagine each glass of red wine you drink will be two units, four in total during the wedding, well in the range.

Don't forget red wine is supposedly good for iron and circulation! Enjoy your day!
