AMH 6.2 with Long Protocol
I had an appointment today to go through my test results and he said for my age at 38, my AMH is slightly below average at 6.2 and will be putting me on a long protocol, does anyone else have any experience with these sorts of numbers?

NSAIDs
There's a lot out there about the potential benefits of NSAIDs in PC, both for prevention and as part of treatment. In regard to adding them to an anti-inflammatory diet/supplement regime, some suggest a single LD-aspirin a day, some a 200-400 celebrex a day, and some suggest both (or neither). Very

3rd round IVF short protocol this time!
Hi everyone - been a while since I posted - I’m about to start round 3 of IVF , first failed. Second miscarriage at 6 and half weeks 😥. After a review from last time as I’m 38 and low AMH they have decided to do short protocol IVF - mainly as they have done low and highest doses of stims and result

Has anyone read ‘It Starts with the Egg’ and implemented the advice?
Morning all, I’m just coming to term with my failed cycle and would love some advice. Our recent fresh round failed yesterday. We had a low quality Blastocyst (3BC) and a morula transfered on day 5 so I wasn’t terribly surprised I tested negative but I still felt crushed, I guess I was holding onto

IVF Donor Mum
Hi, I am new here and I am almost a week into nafarelin as part of my IVF treatment, after which i'll also be on Gonal F, to have a donor child. I am 39 years old who separated from my partner last year, with low AMH levels and trying for a child on my own. It's been a very overwhelming journey to this

Round 2 booked in, anyone else down regulating on 3rd March ish ?
So after our review of our failed first cycle , also referred to as our ‘half assed cycle’ (as we had poor response, one embryo and negative test) I am booked in for the lovely prostap on 3rd March for two weeks. 😂👌🏻🙏🏻 Then 375 Gonal f for two days, then 375 every day until I’m ready for the trigger

Hello everyone I have rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. I was diagnosed about 11 years ago after ra came on seemingly overnight. It was the weirdest and frightening experience but it took about a year to get to see a rheumatologist. I was put on methotrexate and it made such a positive difference immediately

Hi ladies, After our failed IVF in November my cycle in December was 33 days and in Jan it was 28 so I didn’t think anything of it when it was cd32 yesterday as it’s been known in the past to be a little out. I was due to go out last night and have a few drinks and although I’m not usually one for having

AMH levels - confused
Hey everyone. I had my AMH levels taken and I’m sitting at 14.6 pmol/L. The original doctor said it was ‘satisfactory’ and no more. I’ve obviously googled the hell out of it and some websites are saying that’s a low reading and some saying normal. I know it’s not all dependent on the AMH but I’m in

Low-dose pred for osteoarthritis after PMS
I was diagnosed with PMR in November of 2017. Prednisone worked like magic to take away the pain, although I hated dealing with the side effects. This week, after doing a very slow taper, I am now off prednisone completely. However, I have developed arthritic pain in both knees, (not PMR) and my rheumatologist

After a failed fresh transfer and a failed FET (ended in chemical pregnancy) I went to see my GP to see if she could offer any support/advice. Could I have lupus?
Hi, I'm 45. I have been going to doctors to tell them I am very tired for about 9-10 years but after basic blood tests it's put down to hormonal changes. In the last 12-18months, my feet have started to hurt, my knees are sore and sometimes burn with heat (X-rays show normal wear and tear), my wrists

Anyone got high AMH?
I doubt mine is really that high compared to some but it’s 38.75pmol/ml which i converted to 5.4ng/ml? Any info would be great. I don’t have symptoms of PCOS so hope it’s not that as already have endo and hydrosalpinx. I suppose would need to be careful with IVF re OSHH?

Progesterone too high
Hi, I have had several failed attempts for my IVF cycle as my Progesterone is too high. This time 44. Which means nothing to me. I have day 2 scans as previously I have had a few cysts. This month no cysts but high Progesterone (which isn't the first time ) I am told every month to try again next month
