STOP the NSAIDS ASAP this is will make it worse.get your creatinine level checked - if it is too high then go easy on the excersize and also lower your intake of animal protein
What is your blood pressure like? Keep that in check also.

Cannot tell you loud enough to STOP THE NSAIDS. Seems they are already causing CKD issues. They are poison. I am on dialysis because of NSAID use that was prescribed to me.
Also do not do a lot of exercise before a lab draw. It effects the results. And if you cannot slow down a bit, they make sure you are drinking plenty of water. I mean at least 2 liters. You think you are doing great stuff to your body, but you are actually harming yourself.
Just because your urine LOOKS good does not mean a thing. Your GFR indicates at least a 50 percent of function.
Hi there. First off, I’m not a doctor so please understand that. There’s a lot that you posted which may answer why your eGFR dipped to 50. When you work your muscles hard right before a blood test, it may give you a false reading. The eGFR will dip some, momentarily. . Working out in the heat may also mean dehydration, another cause of eGFR dipping for a period of time. I’m not saying this is definitely the answer but next time before a test avoid heavy workouts and hydrate. Hypertension is a leading cause of CKD. NSAIDS can cause CKD if used for a prolonged time. Like I mentioned, there’s a lot there that can answer the question why. Take another test and see what the reading is. You are active so thats a great thing! Stay positive, good luck!
