what to do
good morning everyone. I’m 78, had all of the meds including 4 doses of Pluvicto. I have terrible pain in my right hip down to my knee. My PSA had come down to 10 but after the last dose of Pluvicto it’s back up to 17. I live on 3 oxycodone per day and the pain reduction is minimal. I’m starting to see

PSA reading
My RP was done on jan 31, ( 5months and two weeks ago). I had PSA resistence so I have been on ADT since April 15. I have my PSA checked last week and the report came out yesterday with two results: < 0.006 ( by medical lab with the examination of serum) and < 0.058 ( by nulcear medical check). I asked

18 vs 24 mos ADT
I was dx in Oct 2021 with Gleason 8, t3a, N1,M0 grade IV PC received 39 radiation treatments after3 mos of firmagon and Zytiga. PSA is undetectable. MO has agreed to 24 mos ADT since I had a clean bone scan originally, lymph nodes do not show disease now. Tumor was outside prostate on MRI. The Predict-RT

Latest PSA Unchanged
Good afternoon good gentlemen. My latest PSA shows an unchanged value. I was hoping for a straight shot down to nadir after SBRT. Should this be of concern? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Best.

Pluvicto works but at what cost
70 yo with Stage 4, multiple bone mets, on Orgovyx daily and Xgeva every 3 months. DaVinci in past. Previously on Firmagon, Xtandi worked for awhile, nothing with Xofigo and a few rounds of Jevtana didn’t help and caused problems, also had localized XRT - but had to have chemo to qualify for Pluvicto

I just don't know...
As some here know, at the beginning of the year I had irradiation of my neck and upper back (cervical spine and upper thoracic spine). It was awful and I ended up in the emergency department for 3 days while they got my throat open enough for me to swallow. Horrible not to be able to swallow well for

Inspiration
This is a photo of me after 9 months on ADT, age 70. I’ve always tried to stay in good shape. Jack LaLane inspired me as a kid in the early 1960’s. Later inspired by Larry Scott, Arnold, Lou and others. I built muscle naturally, no steroids. As my testosterone naturally decreased in my late 50’

Xgeva side effects?????
I started ADT a little over a year ago. I'm on Trelstar and my PSA is < 0.04. In March of this year I started taking Erleada. The side effects from both drugs have been minimal, some hot flashes and fatigue. Two months ago my doctor started me on Xgeva. The first dose I felt no ill effects, but

Weight LOSS on ADT
Hey all. I was diagnosed with PCa Oct. 2018. After radiation, Zytiga and Lupron, my PSA dropped to no-detect, where it has stayed for the past 3+ years. All very good news, right? Yes....mostly. Though I've dealt with continuing hot flashes and fatigue, my big concern right now is weight loss. I'm normally

How long should I continue with bicalutamide after radiotherapy?
I just completed 40 external beam IMRT treatments two weeks ago. I was Gleason 3 +4, negative bone and CT scans, and although my Decipher score was a disappointing 68, it forecast that with radiotherapy I have a 9% chance of metastasis in 10 years and a 12% chance of mortality in 15 years. Now age
