I was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. I am 51 with no family history. PSA 20, 2 lesions on MRI, and biopsy showed one was 3/4 and the other 4/3. I am pretty much exclusively bottom. I read here about how gay men should not get a prostatectomy. Whatever little information I have read seem

Zytiga & BAT
I am currently on Zytiga after Bicalutamide failed after 5 years, Would like to try BAT but not sure whether I should continue on Zytiga during BAT or discontinue until PSA goes up. Currently Testosterone is zero and PSA 4.5 and dropping. Prostate removed 20 years ago.

Hi everyone, I attached previous post about my brother. Since then he had one more PSA test which came back at 17! He has CT scan and bone scan, he had some new mets on his bones(spine) and they are suspected to some lymph nodes of chest. Currently he has hormone therapy every 3 months and Nubeqa

My dads PSA is climbing, Olaprib next?
Hey everyone! If you have seen my previous posts, my dad had a PSA come back double a little while ago and the MO failed to mention anything to us about it. Thanks to all your insight, we got in contact with them with our concerns. 6 weeks later, we are told his PSA (previously 1.68? 3.44) is now

He had multiple positive margins and one positive lymph node. He started hormone therapy 1 month prior to surgery. We

Adjuvant ADT
Hi everybody, this is the first time I post on (any) PC-forum. I can honestly tell you, for me you are a great support! Thank you! I am 76 years (now). Quite fit. May 2021 I was diagnosed with Gleason 9 PC. Tumor was slightly outside the prostate, but no metastasis. Got ADT (june 2021) and two weeks

Is PSA Ultra Sensitive test same as PSA Post Prostatectomy test?
My husband 83 yo, diagnosed in 2007 has changed family doctor because our doctor has left the state. Previously, his PSA test was done in Quest, but this time his blood was sent to the hospital lab. Instead of the prescribed PSA Post Prostatectomy test, they did PSA Ultra Sensitive test. We are watching

Anyone have experience with Provenge? Especially on PSA tests?
For my history, I was diagnosted with Prostrate cancer in 2018. Now 70 years old. I had Surgery in late 2018 where they removed my prostrate and found cancer in 2 lymph nodes. I have had 2 salvage radiation sessions, which appeared to be successful. I have been on Lupron, essentially since surgery
