Sometimes nothing special, sometibes i have to go in antibiotics. I know for every person is different ma that problem bother me. Suggestion: try to change the bio ( its hyrimoz now), decrease the dose, change medecine ( but i know nothing work like bio) try to assume something to renforce my immune system. I dont ha ve other problmes, but every month with troath or nose infection its hard.

was this better during Covid? I realised that the endless handwashing and so on did dramatically reduce the number of sniffles I had. So have tried to keep it up.
Here in France nasal irrigation and salt water gargles are very common to try to prevent infections. Have you tried? Lots of different options, but this is the cheapest!
Not on the same meds so maybe not comparable. I'm on MTX injections and get oral thrush, and other times laryngitis. The former I treated with Oral Thrush gel. The latter I've treated with salt water gargles, drinking lots of smoothies, fluids. Taking paracetamol for other symptoms. So far my home treatments have worked.
It's a balancing act of controlling the disease and minimising side effects, so you needs to discuss with consultant, specialist nurse GP someone who can help resolve this balancing act for you.🙂
As Happy5 I'm not on the same meds, but since taking Sulfasalazine (which has worked on my RA) I've had a number of food poisoning incidents that were not experienced by others who ate the same food. The rheumatologist just said 'sorry to hear that'!
