Just and update
Thought I'd update...many of you are familiar with my clinical history (attached). In April, I met with my radiologist and oncologist, we agreed to come off Orgovyx after 12 months plus SBRT to a single PLN node identified in a March 2023 scan. My oncologist favored six more months, well, pretty sure

Very happy with results, PSA undetectable and other blood values good, too. No medication since orchiectomy in 02/2024. Still exercising daily and continuing with plant based diet plus some fish. For more details pls see bio. Will invite my wife for dinner tonight.

Good news is that his PSA has gone to 2 and Testosterone to 9 after a month on Firmagon so meds seem to be doing what are supposed to. Drs have

Help deciding on treatment
Discovered this forum a month ago and have found it to be a wealth of information, with very educated/informed members. Hoping that you can spread some of your wisdom and help my finalize my decision with treatment. I've posted more details in my profile as well as write ups from MSKCC on my Biopsy

My MSK Precise / SBRT Journey -- 2.5 Years Post-Treatment
I completed SBRT treatment for Gleason 7 (3+4) PCa at MSKCC in NYC in November 2021. My PSA was 8.7 right before the treatment. My doctor: Dr. Michael Zelefsky. Since that time: -- My PSA as of May 2024 is 1.32. -- I've had no real urinary issues since treatment except for some bouts of urgency especially

Question
Was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer with several mets to the bones and a Gleason score of 10. This was in January 2023. I have been on darolutamide and relugolix since then and also 6 rounds of docetaxol. Everything was good until recently with an increase in PSA from non detectable

One last push ..please...help for my Dad. NHS treatments no longer viable - Pca stage 4.
Guys...do not know how to connect this post to my previous ones..sorry. I'm also all over the place, forgive my ramblings! I have finally gotten hold of Dad's records. Nothing more NHS can do, so am looking at Turkey for Lu 177. I know this is an option, but want to literally exhaust anything in the

Prostate Cancer PSA is detectible again
I am a 57-year-old male. My prostate cancer was diagnosed in 2019, and I had a radical prostatectomy at Vanderbilt. In early 2023, my PSA went up to 0.12. I underwent a PET scan, which returned negative. However, an MRI revealed a small area at the prostatectomy suture site. On October 27, 2023, I completed

What treatment next as PSA increasing on Daroludamide & Lupron
My PSA is increasing after a year on Daroludamide and Lupron.
Questions:
1) can the Daroludamide be increased?
2) what is the next treatment after this to reduce PSA?
Sincere thanks.

SBRT to three bone spots 10 months ago still showing on PSMA PET
SUV started at 15 then 7 now 3. Has anyone experienced similar reduction time, did they eventually resolve completely? Concerned that they might still be hot and grow back. PSA has been stable 0.08.

Appointment with Provenge doctor
Finally found a local doctor to talk with about Provenge. Appointment is early Monday morning. For anyone familiar with Provenge, can you suggest questions for me to ask? My PSA has been rising after six years on Lupron only. 1.92 in June, all-time lows .5 3/2021.

Getting Tired of This Sh*t
Hi Gents, Prior to having my fifth round of Pluvicto, I had bloodwork done at Quest Labs. I had the lab perform orders from three separate doctors. For some reason, they ran my PSA two times from the same blood draw. I had two different results: 21.51 and 30.0. Prior to my infusion at Stanford today

A 4 Year Journey
I had a Prostatectomy in July 2020. My PSA was a 5.0 and my Gleason was 3+4. Cancer did not penetrate outer wall of gland. Decipher score was 64.
