Latest PSA Unchanged

Good afternoon good gentlemen. My latest PSA shows an unchanged value. I was hoping for a straight shot down to nadir after SBRT. Should this be of concern?

Your input will be greatly appreciated.

Looks good to me - it's flattening off under 2.0. Did you do any ADT after the SBRT? Under 2 is generally considered good for someone who only did radiation.

4 month adt before sbrt. Appreciate the response

You may have hit nadir in between 4/23 and 7/23. My post SBRT graph looked similar to yours but I happened to be out of town in the 3 month testing interval and got a PSA from another lab which was lower than both the surrounding tests. The change of lab might have been misleading, if not, I went straight down to nadir and then back up in between tests.

As noted above, you're showing good response to therapy! You'll need a few more at that level to consider it nadir, so who knows, maybe you'll get more drop too until then...

We drive ourselves crazy tracking numbers, etc. How do you "FEEL"? Feel good? Great then! Remember to put this stuff out of mind and not let it consume you... Take a break from it all! Enjoy life!
