Pernicious anaemia triggered transverse myelitis.
I’m on two methyl injections a day. From Monday I’ll move on to 3 a day. The dosage is 2500mcg. I previously was on hydroxo eod. This is really effecting my life. I currently am unable to walk unaided. I use my crutches.

ET and anaemia
I have ET with my platelets running at around 1200. I take aspirin, (another condition makes medication tricky). My last GP appt I had a blood test and I'm anaemic. This is the first time this has happened so its a bit concerning. Having them repeated so fingers crossed it will have been a blip

Acalabrutinib to treat CLL & AIHA
I have been on W&W since 2018 but in this last year have had four admissions to hospital with Auto Immune Haemolytic
Anaemia
, all admissions required blood transfusions and I felt pretty poorly with breathlessness, fatigue and very low Hb.

At What Level Is Low B12 Treated?
Full blood count and ferritin fine, I had iron deficiency
anaemia
and have been successful treated for that and all those levels looking good. My question is, at what level should low B12 be treated?

History of continued low and fluctuating iron levels - advice?
It’s now dropped to19% which indicates
anaemia
. Amazingly the GP who reviewed all my results when they first arrived said everything was satisfactory but thankfully the GP today talked thru them with me. Haemoglobin dropped to 119 (110-150) from 124 in January.

B12 deficiency and UTI
I read that Pernicious
Anaemia
could possibly be a probable hindrance to clearing up infection. Is this possibly the case? I'm desperate now.

Anaemia caused by PRD?
I had pelvic/abdominal radiotherapy treatment almost 50 years ago and started to suffer problems with digestion about 20 years ago, put down at the time, to IBS. In 2017, I underwent a hemicolectomy and the surgeon told me at the time that my small bowel was quite damaged commenting that she was surprised

Bupa Doctor Recommendations for Hashimotos, Hypothyroidism and Pernicious Anaemia
I'm looking for recommendations for specialists in these areas: Hashimotos Hypothyroidism Pernicious

The recommendations are for my wife who has Bupa private healthcare so if anyone has recommendations for bupa that would be great, however, I'd be happy to hear other private doctors that
