Also on the letter the doctor said I was currently well and stable but if my

got worse to have Momelitinib, or possibly the KEROS trial. I’m pleased to be stable and fingers crossed I stay that way. Thank you for any information.

12 Day Trial
1.5mg methylcobalamin, 1.5mg adenosylcobalamin, 1mg hydroxocobalamin. SC injection 5 times a day including setting an alarm to inject at night. 50 mg B6 in the form of P-5-P or pain from peripheral neuropathy returns. Results of this trial are positive. Much closer to knowing what is most effective

Pulse article 11th July re draft guidelines for B12 - gp's comments. Words fail me.
Neil Banik "...We have well over 150 patients with B12 deficiency and None of them had pernicious
..." - and he knows this because ....? Someone needs to tell him about IFAB accuracy

Hello Friends, I asked this question on my original thread but someone suggested I start a new one. I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Atrophic Gastritis 2 weeks ago and have been having a hard time mentally . My family Dr this past Friday sends me the blood tests results and says they cannot comment

Scoliosis Surgery at 75
I finally went through the Scoliosis Surgery that I had scheduled and canceled a couple of times. I had been on Buprenorphine for over a year and was RLS free. The minute I woke up from my surgery, that ugly monster showed up again. This time I could not even move, much less walk. It started very

Hello everyone. Same old story. I booked my 3 monthly b12 injection I've been having for past 15 years. Gp says no more & did blood tests. FBC normal apart from low WBC 1.3. B12 high but low iron. No idea why b12 injections were started in the first place just that my level was 130. I attach his

Buprenorphine
Good Morning, I wondered if anyone could help with the following. I have had a call from my GP asking me to go in to see him about a couple of Liver Blood Tests I have had recently which show elevated SERUM GAMMA GT and ALT/SGPT serum levels. I want to be prepared in case he says that the Buprenorphine

Low saturation with PV and Jakavi 20
I have had PV since two years. Rux started december '23. Good results with HB and HCT. HB is pretty low now 7.7 for a while. My weight has increased 10% wit the same diet. My saturation is, in rest 92, with effort I can raise it to 93/94. Long test last week revealed a very good lung condition (5,7

Follow up to contacting my GP......
Some of you may remember that I had been in receipt of regular injections from my GP, but not regular enough, so I also sourced my own supplies. My prescription for Hydroxocobalamin was recently reduced to the standard 1 injection every 3 months. So I sent a letter to my doctor requesting they be reinstated

Magnesium type
I had my husband on Natural Calm which is the brand I take. His mood lifted, he was less tired etc etc. The problem is it affected his toilet habits! My friend said better to spray and take it trans-dermally but she's talking about Magnesium Chloride. Is that any good to take? I've only ever taken

I have a question about K2 The reason for the post is that on a previous blood test over a year ago. it stated that my Haemoglobin estimation was abnormal ( over range). I put a note to the Dr for an understanding on this point but no reply, its just I have a little worry that if there is a blood

8 Day Trial.
Current trial 1 mg hydroxocobalamin, 1.5 mg of adenosylcobalamin, 1.5 mg of methylcobalamin. Day one. No other supplements other than 50 mg of B6 twice a day in the form or P-5-P as symptoms do not indicate a need for any other supplements. Without supplementing B6 I experience peripheral neuropathy
