help interpreting last test results

Hello Ive written here in the past with my issues on Thyroid-S and have decided to stick it out and go slow. I was wondering if I can get your thoughts on my last results: Im on 1.75 grains of ndt for 5 weeks and premenopausal. I did not have my period for 6 months (since August) I beleive due to low ndt (was taking 1.25 and hypo), and since I reached 1.75, Ive had my period 3 times in Feb and March, every 15-18 days which brought down my iron again somewhat (I supplemented in December and saturation reached 50%). I can see my vit D is low and im supplementing and I may need to try 2 grains, but every time I do, I get the "shakes". Tests where taken "as per the book" no B vit or iron and last dose of ndt at 3 pm previous day. Any inputs appreciated. I self-medicate. They dont test rt3 where I am at currently.
