Can anyone help interpret my iron panel results 🙏

I managed to get my doctor to do a full iron panel due to my ferritin being at only 43 (20.0 - 130.0)

I have attached a the results of the iron panel test, can anyone interpret these??

I am wondering whether to start back on my ferrous fumarate 210mg tablets…. I stopped these quite a few years back as I got my ferritin up to 80 and have just been taking a 20mg standard dose of gentle iron solgar brand….

Symptom’s alately have been -

Breathlessness

Aching

Palps

Anxiety

Moods

Thyroid levels are all optimal and so are my other vitamin levels…

Thank you I will start taking my ferrous fumarate 210mg again then! I take it on alternate days as research is showing you absorb iron better taking on one day off the next!

Sounds like a good idea 😊 So say our ferritin levels improve after menopause but I've not noticed that and have to keep taking a maintenance dose
