Aaaaagh Grrrrrrr!!!!!
Who could guess this is a rant about doctors? Even good doctors have their downfalls. Ok. Saw my specialist in Nov and as some know he started me on amitriptyline to combat the neuropathic side of things. Sent me for a sleep study for suspected sleep apnea (which turned out negative but my oxygen sat

VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS
Morning everyone... hope you are all as well today? Does anyone know if there are any natural treatments that can help with Fibromyalgia? I'm taking Amitriptyline and pregabalin but wondered if any vitamin supplements would help manage the condition?

Should I push for hydroxy?
So...nearly 5 weeks has passed since I started on amitriptyline and I don't feel that it has been the magic pill to avoid heavier drugs. It has maybe marginally helped with the neuropathic symptoms and also when I'm up I'm able to stay up and keep going for a bit longer at a time (but again only marginally

Headaches with the Merina Coil
Hello, I wondering if anyone else suffered with headaches on the Merina coil? I had it fitted 4 months ago and have suffered with migraine-type headaches since which are getting worse. My GP has advised I double up on my Amitriptyline but it doesn't seem to be working. I'd be grateful for any advice

I keep staring at everything I look at and I'm worried!
I do have anxiety as in overthink things and worry about my health all of the time but I don't get anxiety in the typical form of anxiety attacks. I'm 17 and studying really hard at college. For the past 4 months everything I look at its like I go into a daze when I'm looking at it and it feels really
