Hair loss products
My hair has started thinning again (was better for a while) and wondered if anyone has any ideas on best product to use. I am using a shampoo which is for hair loss and also a scalp stimulator which is a 3 month treatment. I have read some reviews for ´Viviscal Women's Max Strength´ hair loss treatment

Hair loss
I have really bad hair loss , scarring on my head and dermatologist has advised to see plastic surgeon which I did who has agreed to pull my scalp together and stitch it to cover scarring , seems drastic but in a strange way I'm scared but can't wait to get rid of these severe bald patches I've had for

Ending of forced menopause
Can anyone help me, I am still waiting to come out of a forced menopause from injections, I am taking NAC and Saw Palmetto and D Chiros as recommended (herbal supplements) but it's been nearly three months since my last injection and I'm starting to get concerned . I came off my HRT but had not flushes

Supplements question
Does anyone taking levothyroxine also take Thyroid Support from Cytoplan Ltd? It's been recommended by my (private) nutritionist, but it's got kelp in it - just wondered if anyone has had any issues with it.

Coming off steroids
I was on oral steroids for 18 months for
alopecia
. I was tapered off them but since stopping my back pain has increased to disabling proportions. I have severe osteoarthritis in my lumber spine.

Tsh result "normal" but I feel awful
My Tsh result came back as 2.4 and no action needed. But, I'm constantly exhausted and sleep night & day. My skin is sore and extremely dry all over, 70% hair loss from my underarms, bald patches down below, rarely have eyebrow hair to pluck. My head hair is getting thin. And my mood is very low. Is

Hair loss, hair growth...
My hair continues to fall out but my hairdresser says I have new hair coming through. Is the hair which I am losing in the telogen phase and the new hair anagen? Basically, does this mean my hair might be getting sorted at last? My hair has also become rather greasy recently which is a first for me.

Help set the priorities for Hair Loss Research
Have you ever had a question about the prevention, diagnosis or treatment of hair loss (
) of any cause and not been able to find out the answer? Are there aspects of hair loss which you feel could benefit from research?

Terrible hair loss please advice
Two dermatologists agreed i suffer from diffuse
alopecia
( telogen efflivium). I was told i was very LOW in Ferritin and also B12. Also cortisol was very high 820nmol, 24 hours urine was collected and doctor said is fine. Testosteron is 0.3ng/ml.

News for you
Hi all, I have not been on the site to post (only read all your messages) since I went back to school in September; what a shock to my system it has been after being off so long with all my health problems. I have felt overwhelmed by it all; new schemes of work, new classes, data, targets etc. Sadly

Hairloss
I'm new to this. Iv been on levothyroxine for over a year now, my levels arnt quite right yet but my hair loss has been unbearable since starting medication and is showing no sign of slowing down. My iron levels are fine, I take hair growth vitamins, have a good diet, use hair growth shampoo, treatments

Biopsy
Hi I've just had a womb oblation abd my tubes tied to hopefully relive some of the pain of endo. Whilst I was in theater they took a endometrial biopsy, can anyone tell me what it is and for? I didn't get much info off the discharge nurse yesterday. Any help would be appreciated Thanks x
