How does the use of perfumes in public places affect your asthma, allergy or COPD?
An EFA member in Belgium recently distributed an article about how the use of strong perfumes and perfumed chemicals in public spaces negatively affects asthma, allergy and COPD patients. Do perfumes ever cause you problems?

Eyes, nose, throat, chest - what's the worst symptom?
When it comes to hayfever it's always my itchy streaming eyes that are the unbearable factor and send me inside on a lovely summer's day. I can handle running nose, itchy throat and even a bit of wheeze. And unfortunately Opticrom drops seem pretty ineffective other than a temporary coolling down.

Sore Throat - PND, cough and inhaler
Hi, Like many people, I've found my hayfever really bad this year and have been suffering with this and then this causes problems with my asthma. Was just thinking I had got a bit of control back again and now back on pred after visit to OOH yesterday (armed with my new action plan). Anyway, one problem

Dymista - anyone tried it?
I got quite excited about this article earlier in the year (Daily Mail notwithstanding), but never got around to seeing my GP about it, as I hadn't had such bad hayfever this year. Suddenly things are getting bad again (London). I'm presuming this is not the miracle cure as stated below, but does anyone

Has anyone else had laryngitis and allergies (hayfever, rhinitis etc) and been recommended thyroxine and been cured?
I have been having repeated attacks of laryngitis on and off for the past 2 years (I've always had a bout of laryngitis, ever since I can remember- maybe once a year/2years). 2 weeks ago, my Dr prescribed for me, a steroid inhaler and 75 mg of levothyroxine. He said that I was asthmatic and borderline

Drug Allergies
Does anyone else have huge issues with medications and allergies and adverse reactions? As I haven't started treatment yet as they are 'scared' of my reactions, I would like to go armed with as much info as I can so I am not another sausage in the sausage factory.

Can a middle aged person develop a food intolerance?
I'm a middle aged man I've suffered with asthma and hay fever all my life so I'm pretty much aware of a lot of allergies etc. Most I can avoid although a few such as household dust I've learned to cope with. But this one I find weird I'm not even sure it is a food intolerance or not. Over the last
