Imuran Side Effects
Taking Imuran for about 5 weeks, started been experiencing many of the initial symptoms I felt before diagnosis at about 2 weeks. At first thought treatment not working, but labs still heading towards normal range. Still titrating down on prednisone . Skipped Imuran a couple days and the nausea, fever

So I talked to my consultant at my clinic and said I thought I was having an

I was sent to a specialist again and had an ultrasound which didn’t find anything of note, then a biopsy of which the pathologist said the samples were characteristic of
AIH
. Being quite rare especially in men the consultant seemed wary as my ASM was only very slightly elevated.

About to start Aza for
AIH
- I know we're all individuals but anyone here have experience of this drug? Not thrilled about it, especially as steroids seem to be bringing my levels down just fine, but the consultant is a good 'un so I'm trusting I'm going on it for a reason.

Daridexorant / quvuviq and RLS
Just wondering if anyone else has experience of this sleep aid and RLS? I have bought (not available in my region on NHS yet) a month’s supply of 50mg tablets and ….. I am sleeping normally!!!! It is a new drug to the UK but tried and tested in USA I believe? Apparently minimal side effects. I have

sleep aid
just sharing a link that is a new product helpful for sleep. It was recommended by a very well know integrative doctor in California. I am not recommending it for restless legs, but my sister and her husband say it helps with sleep. https://lifewave.com

Cortisol saliva test results
I’ve just had my third cortisol saliva test done and am interested to get advice from the experts on here eg the very knowledgeable humanbean! It basically tells the story of how I feel. Unable to get out of bed without a cup of tea. Able to do some light jobs/activities in the morning. Tired after

Hi Until December last I was taking 40 mg iron bisglycinate with orange juice every two days. Since this had little impact on my RLS I increased the iron dose to 40mg every day from December until now. As yet I have noticed little change to my RLS symptoms. A blood test this month showed my ferritin

Xtandi (enzalutimide) SEs Part 2
Since I've increased my Xtandi from 80 mg to 160 mg, I am now experiencing a bad case of the jimmy legs (restless legs) at night. I take my Xtandi around 8 pm. I still work full time and I've read that taking it at night helps avoid the fatigue during the day. So far that seems to be the case with

Taking hours to fall asleep
Gabapentin has controlled my RLS for last year or so. I only take 600 mg at bedtime for last 3/4 months now. I have recently started having difficulty falling asleep (no RLS, just wide awake for 3/4 hours). I thought about asking for a sleep aid from GP but didn't want to take anything that would aggrevate

dietary advice please
It may be that I have AIP or
AIH
. My first gastroscopy and colonoscopy are pending soon and in the meantime I plan to eat carefully and well but I’m no cook and don’t shop at Waitrose either. I could do with a single source of information to go to and check on foods that are suitable.

Total mess
I've had the worst year ever I've have PBC with an overlsp of
AIH
since diagnosed in 2015 I am supposed to be getting a thoracic spine operation but can't get cleared because my blood keeps coming high on the APTT & PT which means I can't clot and if I can clot I can't have the surgery.
