Help finding Psych who’ll prescribe
I don’t want to face stuff like that again because it makes both my depression and
agoraphobia
worse. But I have to do something soon because I only have about a months worth of my other psych meds (Effexor, and diazepam for panic attacks/restless leg/insomnia) left. Any advice would be welcome.

The symptoms of your anxiety disorder are perfectly normal.
At this point your nervous system begins to play up and you can experience panic attacks,
agoraphobia
, the feeling that death is imminent, something terrible is going to happen and all the symptoms of health and social anxiety.

Hashimoto disease
My life has been totally ruined as my education an social life stopped because of panic attacks and
agoraphobia
. My tests always came back normal for thyroid and my GP had said I had all the symptoms of thyroid disease but because my tests said I was normal.

Things will be different this time
I have big plans I'm too young to let my generalized anxiety and
agoraphobia
keep me locked up in chains. So yeah i have big plans for this year and if by the end of the year i don't succeed...... i will definitely take my own life and this time i will succeed

Freaking out
I have been diagnosed with panic disorder and
agoraphobia
. That was 18 years ago. I also have fibromyalgia. I have the most extreme symptoms and i feel all alone in them as no one in my life could possibly understand. Im currently going into a flare I feel like I want out of my own skin.

Shopping spree, a vicious cycle.
I know that when we alter our lifestyle, we are also suffering from
agoraphobia
. On reflection, it’s a cycle for me. I online shop a lot, but I have come to realize that it also bubbles me from the world and from people. Isolation is dark path to be on.

Your panic/anxiety attacks cannot kill you
I went outside today making it to that park was my goal and neither anxiety or my
agoraphobia
was going to stop me. I figured i would make a run for it at least i might reach it or make it halfway.

Stupid stupid me......
I just get so worked up going out now and I feel like I’m going back to
agoraphobia
. I’m worried and I wake up in a panic thinking I can’t breathe and that the room is big and or having a derealization of some sort and I’m feeling bad. I don’t know what to do.

Does this happen to anyone else?
This past weekend and this week I have been challenging myself and working on the
agoraphobia
. During this time I have had panic on the inside but have kept it just anxiety on the outside.

Unexpected Panic Attacks
I got ridiculous
agoraphobia
and was unable to go outdoors. After taking a month off work, I felt much better and returned to work and the panic attacks died down. I'm currently in the process of changing my job, and am waiting on a new contract (which I was expecting last week!)

There are no words to even write a title to cover it all.
Since 19, now 34, I have struggled with general and social anxiety, panic disorder, ocd behavior, and now
agoraphobia
. I have been in counseling my entire life on and off but they perceive my disorders stem from genetics most likely.

6 Things that Help me With My Anxiety (Healing/reducing the symptoms)
And I suffer from
agoraphobia
so it's not exactly easy for me to always go out but I don't let this be an excuse. If I get to go to the gym excellent but if not I just workout from home.
