So I was cleaning my toe nails and had my foot up on the counter, and I’m not in the best shape either so afterwards I felt out of breath. So my anxiety kicked in. And no I feel like my breathing is off. I was suppose to go with my cousin to get her tattoo down but I bailed on her last minute. I’m back on the couch with my dogs while everyone is out and about. I just get so worked up going out now and I feel like I’m going back to agoraphobia. I’m worried and I wake up in a panic thinking I can’t breathe and that the room is big and or having a derealization of some sort and I’m feeling bad. I don’t know what to do.

Hi there are lots of breathing exercises online for anxiety so why not google them? If you start practising them now you can use them for the future. They should help. x
