Anybody here get stimulated by benzos?

Benzos are normally associated with drowsiness, fatigue, impaired judgment, etc. In my case, it's the complete opposite. It's as if when I take a Xanax or klonopin, all of sudden fear melts away, agoraphobia is gone and not keeping me sitting on my ass. It sorta gets me to pump my chest and go out and tackle life. I have only had a drowsy effects from benzos less than a handful of times in 10 years. Even ambien, which hits gaba, albeit in a different way, had a paradoxical effect and woke me the hell up and got me out of bed as if it were a dose of meth. So, does anyone else get a similar type of reaction from benzos?

Absolutely jonghee, in that benzos can give you that "I can do anything" feeling.

That's why it becomes so addictive after time. xx
