Started Meditating again.
Now I realize the key is learning to relax and try and keep busy because if you let panic attacks take over your life it will get worse and can lead to
Agoraphobia
and breakdowns.

Non restorative sleep destroying life
Panic attacks,
agoraphobia
, disassociation, extreme anxiety, severe depression and suicidal ideation, nightmares, and MAJOR sleep issues. The most debilitating symptom was an absolute lack of ability to achieve any kind of sleep.

Severe anxiety and agoraphobia
Started having severe anxiety back in June of 2015. 2 hospitalization so later and it's still bad. So much that I hate leaving my house. It has interfered with my life so bad that I can not function and I now have many responsibilities that have piled up and I am so overwhelmed.

My Daughter just popped in
So many out there worried suffering mental health conditions like OCD
Agoraphobia
stress and depression. Did you know there are 9 kinds of depression? That shocked me . People where I live and probably all over this country are turning to drugs or drink to escape reality.

Anyone else feel this way?
I'm so nervous worrying about all this will spiral me back into
agoraphobia
and all this hard work will be for nothing. I asked my doctor and he said I'm suffering from exhaustion and I should take my ADS, I sleep 8 hours a night but he's worried about the quality. I'm not convinced.

Sinking into the floor feeling?
I'm terrified of collapsing and ending up in hospital because of my
agoraphobia
. Can anxiety cause this sinking feeling? Can anyone relate? Thank you. __________________

Ground moving feeling dizziness
My gp said if it continued they'd refer me to ENT to reassure me but I've developed
agoraphobia
again due to this so appointments tents are terrifying for me. I cry every day worried why I feel this. I get anxious walking around my house so I am spending a lot more time sat down.

Off balance feeling making my anxiety bad :-(
This is all the cause of my
agoraphobia
again. I even get anxious walking around my house because of it.

Private test ordered. Sat crying.
My GP seems to think the anxiety causes how I feel but I have told him no, I was out living my life again and happy (I previously struggled with
agoraphobia
and anxiety).

Agoraphobia with other illnesses?
So I have
agoraphobia
but it's due to a condition I have. My condition among many other things reduces my mobility dramatically, causes chronic pain, and makes me easily injured. Im now terrified of being out on my own anywhere because of the likelihood of me getting hurt or stuck somewhere.

Feeling low, confused and anxious. Writing to GP
I am so ashamed my
agoraphobia
is back, it upsets me because I take my children to school, cook, clean and maybe take my dogs out near my home but that's it. I will go to shops with my husband at the weekend but now I am back to only small shops.

Feeling low, scared and anxious :(
Background I have anxiety and
agoraphobia
that flares up occasionally. My anxiety has always been more mental symptoms than physical. A few months ago I had a panic attack having a blood test and since then my
agoraphobia
flared back up.

What happened when I dropped bread, cake, biscuits - wheat - GLUTEN...
I have severe
agoraphobia
(something the docs never related to thyroid or maybe T3) but felt I wanted to take a few steps...I still struggle with this as weak and unsteady, but always feel the need to want to hold on to something - cant fight this now, presumably due to thyroid - it is not mind over

Feeling awful. Thyroid?
Now I do have anxiety and
agoraphobia
that still lingers but in the last 2 months it's become worse. My
agoraphobia
and anxiety had improved alot but recently since the panic attack ive felt awful. My anxiety was a general anxiety with the odd panic but very rare I had an attack.

Exante diet and weight loss
My main problems were weird sensations, anxiety and some
agoraphobia
as well as fear of driving anywhere. Also Im so so tired. some of these things are beginning to creep back in. Is it possible that this diet is blocking the absorbstion of my T3 or does anyone think I should actually add more?
