Has anyone ever dealt with agoraphobia?
This is all new to me in admitting that
agoraphobia
is what I am dealing with and I've never met or talked to anyone with the same thing!

Advice please
So I suffer from general anxiety and
agoraphobia
and have done for between 9 months - a year. I hadn't left my house in weeks and weeks at one point.... and this week I actually took a quick trip with my 2 kids and partner to the local supermarket. (That's a big step for me).

Confusedandconcerned
She has general anxiety, panic attacks and
agoraphobia
. She will take the medication as prescribed by the psychiatrist and goes to school. She will not do anything else. She won't go to church anymore, won't go to Girl Scouts, won't go out to eat with us and is now refusing to see the counselor.

This feeling once again!!
Anyway today I was doing the nursery run with my little boy say about 12:20-12:30 (baring in mind I do have
agoraphobia
) "hate going out" since I woke up this morning I've been feeling really off! Just one of those days again where I just really can't be bothered!

I'm new - Panic Disorder out of the blue
I hope I don't have
agoraphobia
now, but I am scared to leave the house! I haven't been to a grocery store in months! I was laid off from my job (which might have been a blessing in disguise) but now I can't imagine getting another job, let alone a job interview.

Anxiety- lustral 50mg and propranolol 10mg agoraphobia
Hi everyone. I had my gallbladder removed in May 2016. I had to stay in my house for a while as I was unwell. Over time I began to get more anxious about going out but felt the fear and did it anyway. (Once or twice a week). Around October 2016 o became super anxious and stopped going out for a while

Very high blood cortisol result. Please help :-(
My GP wanted me to do the blood cortisol but as I have a chronic illness which has led to severe
agoraphobia
. My GP has to do home visits. I did my thyroid with Medicheck as usual and asked them to add Cortisol. It came back within an hour this morning which I did worry about.

What to do next?
My life is hell, I have depression with anxiety and
agoraphobia
. I take meds but they don't seem to help...I saw a psych for about four visits but felt it wasn't helping so I stopped. I have recently applied for SSI but even if I get approved, money isn't going to fix all my problems.

I have mild
agoraphobia
because of panic attacks, and have a fear of walking in open spaces, for fear of not being able to escape.
