Ever wonder if in your sleep perhaps your cat's claw fell off, you rolled a certain way in the night, and it's now somehow lodged itself behind your eyeball? That's what kind of day it is.

Overdue
Hi I am overdue with my first baby by five days. I was recommended this Castor oil! The only place they sell is Holland and Barrett but on the back it says do not drink , so I’m not sure if it’s the correct one or not I have attached a picture. Hot curry I had for tea last night did not work any advice

Sebaceous cysts? Anyone know how to shrink them?
I removed a cyst on my head when I was a child and it simply grew back within one year. I find them so difficult to get rid of and I'm not sure how to; I can't keep having surgery. Does anyone know how to get rid of them naturally? I've tried castor oil and aloe vera with no success.

Naltrexone
I have just found this product on the website 'endo resolved'. I like their moto. Naltrexone is type drug called an “opiate antagonist”, meaning it blocks opioid receptors. Opioid receptors are related to pain, pleasure and endorphins. Taken in low doses LDN blocks opioid receptors only for a couple

Dryness
What type of lotion do you find works best for dry skin? For my scalp I only shampoo twice weekly and use a castor oil shampoo. No blow drying. (I’m 55 so I’m drying anyway.) I was doing well with cetaphil but that’s not helping anymore. Any good ideas. I, probably like most of you, cant have lots of

Living Hell (SORRY FOR THE LONG POST)
I guess I should start from the beginning. I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts at 12yrs old. My appendix burst when I was 13 as they dismissed the pain as a cyst, this caused huge amount of problems and I'm 30 yrs old in a few months time and the passed 7 years have been hell. I had my first diagnostic

Hairloss
My hair is starting to shed at a fast rate again. It was growing back thicker and fuller then just about a month ago it starting coming out in clumps. I have less than a quarter of my original hair from when I was first diagnosed and that was still after significant hair loss. It’s really getting to

Results for a close friend. Severe PCOS & Insulin Resistance, and adrenal fatigue. Will tackle thyroid later. Any advice please ?? Thanks
Therapies that support and induce ovulation would likely be beneficial (i.e. cyclic progesterone, Vitex
agnus
castus
). Testosterone is within normal range but symptoms are more characteristic of HIGH androgens.

Wk8 Run1 type1 diabetes...further experiments...
Tricky. Starting bloodsugar: 8.4mmols had 15units of lantus, 1unit novorapid and half a banana. Ran for 28mins slowly and SO unenjoyably that I kept laughing out loud. Just about avoided being sick in a park bin once I’d stopped, and made it home. Am now on the sofa. Blood test: 15mmols. Ah diabetes

Help for itchy, dry skin.
My skin has always been very dry, but has changed over previous months, feeling much more dry and uncomfortable with patches of eczema developing. (Am hypothyroid). On friend's recommendation have been using Equimins Udder Cream - 1 kg Tub - Eqs0367. It's actually for horses but is a non-greasy
