Has anyone had an infection due to endometriosis?
I was curious to know how common it is to have an infection that is endo related. Last July after one month of feeling an odd pain on the left side of my pelvic, around where the ovary and tube is, my pain escalated to the point where I went to the emergency room. They just did and ultrasound and saw

Medical marijuana
Hi everyone, I know this is a touchy subject but I have a question. A friend of mine who has a medical marijuana card due to cancer shared one of her edibles with me. I have neuropathy in my arms/hands and was having a bad day. It was a low dose but I haven’t been pain free in years. For a whole day

Adverse Reactions
Almost 3 mos. on imbruvica and side effects getting worse. Having alot of bone and muscle pain. It is worse at night and have trouble sleeping. My labs are good but I'm not! I've done advil ---helps some. Anyone else having similar problem? Also nasal drainage--like bad allergies, nasty tongue.

Green tea extract and Advil
I'd like to know what others (especially the scientists in this group) think about the combination of green tea extract and Advil. It's cheap with virtually no side effects. What's not to love? See more at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18225555 Synergistic cell death by EGCG and ibuprofen in

Monthly migraines
So sometimes I get migraines at other times of the month, but as of right now I can almost guarantee that I will have severe and horrible migraines on the 2-3 days after my period ends, regardless of how long my period lasts. Rizatriptan and advil do nip the pain in the bud if I take them early enough

Update: 3 weeks Post Davinci Surgery
Hey Everyone, Second post here. An update with a couple of questions. First of all background: I'm 52, had a PSA of 8.9 (steadily rising from 5.3 in the last two years). Two clean MRIs. Two biopsies. The first clean. The second biopsy showed one core 3+4. Had slightly favorable Prolaris and Decipher

New to low GFR
I took Advil for years with chronic pain from a traumatic auto accident. After surgeries, my specialists even told me I could take 800mg at a time after 48 hours had passed. Finally, a somewhat unscrupulous neurologist told me to stop taking any NSAID. However, he didn't refer me to a nephrologist nor

Can Hypothyroidism explain all my symptoms? B6 Toxicity? Help!
I'm 33m, 6'3, 160 lbs caucasian and my life has been turned upside down in the last 6 months. My issues started about a year ago when I started having pain when sitting after doing some intense landscaping. In January I was diagnosed with sciatica and eventually got an MRI showing a 2mm protrusion

Week 3
After 3 weeks my PSA is about 1/2 since before the LU177 injection and fatigue has pasted so starting to feel good. Still have some bone pain but manageable with Advil. Labs are fairly stable so no real concerns there. Hopefully things keep going in the right direction and I’ll be ready for injection

Aimovig
I wanted to let people know about the success I've had after my first Aimovig injection. I self injected on September 19 (my first of two free samples). I've only taken three Amerge (for migraine) since. The first two Amerge were during the first four days after the shot, but they say it takes 6 days

what should I take for a headache?
So I read a bit earlier that there was a link in taking Advil consistently and AFib. I was/have been taking a lot of Advil for headaches leading up to my first/only episode. Since then I have stopped taking it. However, now I have a little bit of a headache and I was wondering what I should take. Not

Medical care getting older
I do not get anxious "out of the blue", but from outside influences. As I get older I find all of this arthritis, chronic back pain, plantar fasciitis pain, etc. incredibly annoying. My children don't want to hear about my physical problems, so only have hubby to talk to, which I try to cut down on

Confused and concerned
I went to the doctor and the only thing he could prescribe me was
Advair
for my cough. I used it once during my trip and then decided I didnt want to use it bc I hate putting any type of drugs in my body.

High Blood Pressure in young girl?
Hi everyone, thank you for reading this is a long post. I am 20 and 134 pounds, and never had a history of any illnesses. I was always healthy. I could run Miles and I would never get headaches wasn’t on any medications. So back in October of 2017 I started frequently peeing like 7-8 times at night
