That is a question for your dr. My GI & hepatologist say Tylenol. Drs are different in their opinions. No one here can actually speak for your dr as far as what to take. 😊
Yes; I agree with gwillistexas that your doctor would be the best to advise you. My hepatologist is okay with me taking ibuprofen every now & then.
For a rare, occasional use, almost doesn't matter what you take. However, if you have to take painkillers frequently, you should talk to your doctor.
As always, speak with Dr. but my doc tells me Tylenol is ok when taken in it’s normal dosage and ibuprofen should be avoided unless needed for emergency or short term break through pain
My hepatolist says tylenol and NO ibuprofen 😁
