testosterone boosters after ADT?
I finished SBRT in September and a six month course of
ADT
in March. I asked my endocrinologist about zinc and Vitamin D to aid T recovery, and he said it probably wouldn’t help, but won’t hurt anything. I saw some “testosterone support” from Wieder at the store and am considering it.

Issue with pain
January 2023 started
ADT
(Zoladex) June 2023 went to MO with severe pain in his lower back and lumbar area, and started Chemo (Docetaxel). He just finished his 2nd cycle of Chemo few days ago. The biggest issue is a severe never-ending pain all around his lower back.. Can IMRT radiation help?

Tests in regard to treatment
Hi Folks, After RP ~6 months ago with persistent PSA > .15, I've begun
ADT
using Orgovyx, and salvage pelvic RT. When should I expect that my RO will order testing, and for what? For example blood tests for PSA & testosterone.

ADT before and after IMRT
Worked till 2022 when PSMA scan showed lymph nodes, started Zytiga in November 2022 , started with 44 Tomotherapy/IMRT in Feb 2023, My question is how long after all this radiation does he need to continue
ADT
he’s been on it for 4 1/2 years prior to radiation?

Gray area between aggressive contained and Mestasized
I mitigate the physical side effects of the
ADT
by heavy exercise in a gym 3 or 4 times a week, weights and cardio, and walking my dog daily. I mitigate the mental confusion by playing music every day, and the preludes and postludes in my church service on Sundays.

Darolutimide as monotherapy
Since it doesn't actually stop testosterone production but instead just acts as an androgen receptor blocker in cancer cells, perhaps it would have fewer side effects and still act to put to sleep/kill the cancer cells the way traditional
ADT
does.

After 3 years my PSA went from
20.3 μg/L
down to <
0.01 μg/L
and Testosterone from
438.04ng/dL
down to
60.52 ng/dL
🙈🙉🙊. As of July 07, 2023. How much longer do I have to wait for a more normal Testosterone Totale. I like my PSA that low but a little bit higher. Recently

Should I have RT, given the possible permanent SEs
Can I deal with this PC long term with just
ADT
? Anyone not used RT?

RP, followed by
ADT
for 6 months, followed by IMRT sRT, followed by 15 months of
ADT
post treatment…I was not feeling so good about my decision. Then I read the article…this jumps out!

OVM 200 clinical trial on TV
The ‘shout out’ is for ovarian cancers so I may not have had an immune response but I have heard nothing formally except last weeks scans still showed NED and PSA is still undetectable 11 months after finishing all treatment bar
ADT
and Erleada May be of interest

Testosterone post ADT
My t level is coming back very slowly following salvage radiation + 6 months
ADT
. I’m 60 years old and after nearly 18 months still have difficulty gaining muscle mass and losing this gut. The good news is my PSA is still undetectable. Any suggestions?

Muscle building on ADT?
I just started radiation along with orgovyx and zitiga. Anyone know if you can build muscle while on these meds? I don't know if building muscle is even possible with no testosterone?

Whole pelvic radiation after testicular cancer?
He mostly feels really great with little side effects from the radiation, and he’s managing the
ADT
side effects with such grace and positivity, despite the changes in his body. We eat fairly clean and he practices mindfulness daily.

I find my energy level remains high and with the exception of some brain fog and minor emotional mood swings I continue to be avoiding most of the
ADT
side effects. The essence of the program is very slow lifts until muscle failure.

3 Months post ADT (Orgovyx) Still having hot flashes and fatigue-doing blood test in two weeks..for hopefully nadir..
I understand that the Testosterone back to NORMAL is more possible in the short term (90 days) than longer term use of
adt
? Is that accurate? I am concerned as I am still having fatique and hot flashes and no erections even though I stopped the Orgovyzx 90 days ago???

What do you want to know about Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT, hormone therapy)?
What do you want to know about Androgen Deprivation Therapy (
ADT
, hormone therapy)? I will record a video interview with the massively knowledgeable researcher Richard Wassersug, PhD, and his colleague and coauthor, Lauren Walker, PhD. Please post a reply with topics you want me to cover.

Any advice would be appreciated
I am very concerned about what part pharmacological
ADT
would play in his treatment. We’ve been told by the MO that
ADT
choices are his, my husband’s, to make.

RO Advice for Salvage Rad
However, he wants do the SRT w/o
ADT
. His rationale is that if we do
ADT
concurrently, there's no way to tell if the SRT was working. Plus, he says that if the SRT fails, then I'll be in the same boat with
ADT
anyway, so why not wait?
