Moving forward.
I did feel a little wobbly for a moment in the shop but i am through with worrying about it, it's just
adrenaline
, it's just the way i am at the moment. So what if my hands start shaking, it's my anxiety coming through to say hello, i'm here, and that is fine, i'm not going to stress about it.

I will not be beaten!
As he says, it is only
adrenaline
overload that is making me feel this way, nothing else. I am not ill. Why should it bother me? If i feel ill then i am just going to go with it. Please feel free to comment if you are also trying to get through this horrible disorder.

Dr Jekill & Mr Hyde strikes again!
Soooooo frustrated i could scream, cry & generally need a straight jacket i'm so cross with my consultant! After 3 months of my work chasing my cons for a medical report he has sent one to them and its complete rubbish (not just my opinion, my HR officer said 'its useless to us and utter rubbish').

STRESS & IBS
I see it is like my brain in my stomach responds to
adrenaline
surges. Can be travelling, shock, stressful situation, even criticism. This kind of shuts down bowel movements, causing extreme bloating, tiredness, unwellness feeling and leads to constitution, which compounds effects.

The power of determination
Knowing that we were 1 mile away gave me and the team the biggest
adrenaline
rush and we peddles like crazy to the finish line. Waiting for us were cheers and well wishers, all congratulating us for not only completing it but for being the first team back!

Zero points and being told to work overturned at my appeal tribunal, - it only took a year and a day!
Going to an appeal tribunal? Do your homework. Look at the criteria. My Fibro did not fit any of them which is why I gained zero points. The saving grace is exceptional circumstances. Pain and fatigue are not criteria considered but they are very debilitating. Background For my permitted

I had such a blast, I just love coasters &
adrenaline
. I was so glad that my RA didn't show itself & that I could do everything that we did, especially the walking. Christine

Running
When I'm anxious I can feel the
adrenaline
rushing through me so I think running will help to use some of that excess
adrenaline
up. Hopefully!

Please help! I'm adamant that a very short term health worry is now not a cause for anxiety, but 6 weeks on I'm battling extreme symptoms
I've experienced all the classics, physical lump in throat, racing heart, massive
adrenaline
surges, but had ecg's, blood tests and xrays to no avail.

New Blog, living with Fibromyalgia when you have been pronounced fit to work
Hello, I retired at 43 from teaching because of Fibro but was told it was depression. I retrained as a gardener but surprise, surprise the fibro got worse!! I was still told the pain was all in my head and I was suffering from depression. Eventually my Consultant Psychiatrist said my pain had nothing

Survived Latitude festival with RA!
Anyway, I had a fantastic day, I think the
adrenaline
and feel good hormones must have kept me going until nearly midnight. Even the awful weather & mud didn't spoil things.

Let's find out if I can persevere this time.....
Adrenaline
was the source of my ability to drive. Called a friend. Went to hospital. Severe sprain (if I can get the technology to work, picture attached).

Plan vs reality!
No blog for a while due to end of term chaos followed by a week's holiday so here is the story so far: With my Race for Life rapidly approaching i decided to squeeze weeks 7 - 9 into running every other day rather than 3 runs per week. I calculated that this would mean that my graduation

hitting the wall
a few questions about this total exhaustion and how to get over it. I graduated today :-) and todays run wasnt too bad but I think it was adrenalin. The last 3 runs and bike ride yesterday I have got towards this point but managed to keep going as I am very stubborn. I am nearly 60 and a type 2 diabetic
