Anxiety = No Sleep
I have an exam tomorrow but every time I start to fall asleep I jolt up with the feeling of an
adrenaline
rush, like I’m forgetting to breathe. Has anyone expierienced anything similar and if so what have you done about it?

New Shoes!
Finally worked up to going into a proper sports shop and getting some proper running shoes today (Brooks
Adrenaline
GTS 18). Felt very comfortable and I’m excited to take them out for a proper test tomorrow morning!

Really Bad Day at Work Today
It was worse when I got home and the
adrenaline
stopped and I tried to relax. Thanks to the bad day I had, I finally almost panicked when I got home. (I was fighting it good at work with other things to keep me occupied.)

A family affair
I have to say I enjoyed it tremendously, there was quite a rush of
adrenaline
as we all set off, thankfully downhill to begin with, but we soon got down to some running through deep puddles, on muddy paths, and up some quite steep though thankfully mostly short rises.

Lessons from the liver road. TJ O'Rourke is a multi decade traveler of liver disease and he offers perspective to patients and caregivers.
The glands depend upon it for hormones production such as
adrenaline
, testosterone, estrogen etc…. The brain relies upon it for chemicals such as melatonin, serotonin. endorphins. These are the very building blocks of sleep, happiness, and sense of wellbeing.

Back home after cryoablation
Afib stopped during ablation and they gave me some type of super
adrenaline
to see if I would go back into afib and I didn't. Also had atrial flutter ablated with heat. He said that usually takes only 15 minutes but it took 1 hour due to a ridge in my hearts structure.

Does this happen to anyone else?
I lose balance and stumble, I can feel a wave of
adrenaline
hit me and then I black out for a split second... like the duration of a long blink. Just a split second. I have been able to stop the panic from happening but only by a thread.

Temporary Relief from Symptoms
I have noticed a very strange thing regarding my breathing difficulties which have got worse over recent years. So bad, in fact, that I stopped going to functions like parties, meeting etc where people would notice my wheezing, coughing and other unpleasant nosiness. Until one time a few months ago when

Brain Shocks When Falling Asleep
It's so intense that it feels like my head twitches and the
adrenaline
spike pulls me to my knees in bed or even out of bed completely, so quickly that I'm surprised with how nimbly and easily I was able to move.

HELP!..How long do "brain zaps" last?
Almost two days later, at 3 am, I am having those electric shock feelings in my head, what some here call "brain zaps," which then gives me a rush of
adrenaline
and panic and keep me up. I need some sleep! I need to work in the morning! How long do "brain zaps" last? All night? Longer?

Anyone wake up and feel like your having hot flashes or an adrenaline rush ?
This is something I haven't really experienced before and this is like my third round with Prozac. I did fall asleep twice last night and woke up which reminded me of when I used to work third shift but still today I just feel so off. I know it's adjusting it's only Been alittle over a week but damn.

Wrong place at the wrong time.
I feel as I never snapped out the
adrenaline
I felt that morning, and how I was so scared and frightened for my mother as I saw the gun pointed at her and every one of us, bcz the person shot kept hiding behind us so my family member wouldn't shoot him, so the gun was swinging on our faces, something

Just needing someone to let me know I’m not alone
Sends an
