I usually run early morning and was scheduled to do w6r3 this morning but work/weather got in the way. Not deterred I decided to run after work but was nervous that after a long work day would my legs cope with the dreaded 25 min non-stop.
And something miraculous happened - I did it and covered 3.35km. I’m on a cloud of adrenaline and elation. 5k is in site.
The support on this forum helped spur me on.
Week 7 starts on Friday.
