After a few years of loving Brooks Adrenaline, I found the 23’s a little too firm in mid section, so after lots of brilliant advice from local running shop and lots of trying on etc. these are my new Mizuno shoes that will hopefully see me completing c25k comfortably 🏃‍♀️
