I found this run really good! , I was so worried about it (I've had a tightness in the back of my calf since w2r2) I get alot of back ache an today was particularly challenging (11hr shift at work 8miles of walking) so I really wasn't feeling like running, fast forward to the 1st 3min run , I really thought I wouldn't make it but when I hit the 2min mark I still could keep goin ! I was so surprised I made it ! The 2nd time was the same ,I didn't think I'd manage but around the 2min mark I knew I'd make it!
Mayb it was bcuz I'd past the 90sec mark my adrenaline kept me goin or mayb im gettin better who knows just yet!
all I know is keep goin guys! U can do this!
I did hav to slow my pace down for this run ,all I could here in my head was "tap,tap,tap,tap" like the man in the slow joggin video haha
