One year on I am wondering: where did my psychosis come from?
And then I get high levels of
adrenaline
...and I just feel really sad. Am I depressed? Thanks for reading.

Hi Guys...... Not sure if I have asked this on here before BUT, have any of you with RA had any anaphylactic episodes?
I have had four episodes of tongue swelling in the last four months, the first one ending in 3 lots of
adrenaline
and a hospital stay. Since then it has been a case of antihistamines and a short course of steroids, whoo hoo pain free for a wee while.

A possible cure for Fibroymalgia, please read this.
It basically says that fibromyalgia is caused by your body being in a constant state of fight or flight with elevated
adrenaline
levels. The elevated
adrenaline
levels slowly deplete dopamine and you end up with chronic pain.

It's all so quiet...
I haven't slept properly in 4 days, thought tonight I would sleep well as I was so tired earlier but usual I lay down in my back and got the worst heart flutters that made me sit up and change position, now the
adrenaline
surge has ensured I'm wide awake.

Totally worn out....advice please.
I am tired, dizzy constantly, joint and muscle pain,
adrenaline
rushes, weakness in my legs and left arm. I have 0 energy, when I'm walking I feel my legs are going to go from under me. I feel constantly shaky but my hands are not shaking.

Cross training with Circuits and Running
I was thinking of doing that twice a week and run for twice a week but to do that may have to do consectutive running and circuits (I don't want to miss my running cos I love it and have recently invested in some proper running shoes (Brooks
Adrenaline
GTS 13's) :) I don't want to be overtraining though

Is sleep disturbance/autonomic dysfunction a feature of Hughes Syndrome?
For the past 8 years I have suffered from very disrupted sleep - sleep onset difficulties primarily but also periods of waking in the night and being unable to get back to sleep, plus sometimes odd upward 'surging' sensations in my solar plexis area (as though having a horrible rush of
adrenaline
) and

Been of Venaflaxine for 12 days and now having problems - anyone help please?
I feel like screaming, I feel shaky, agitated and I can feel the
adrenaline
under my skin (you know when your skin feels prickly - I remember it well) I am so upset - I don't know what to do. Is this normal? Is this withdrawal? Or is this my pre- exisitng problems resurfacing?

Really uncontrolled ... feeling out of my depth and unsupported
Mostly my local hospital has been great, they know me well now and though in the beginning I felt dismissed at times, they now know that I always require treatment with at least hydro and mag, and sometimes during a bad attack,
adrenaline
etc plus extra mag (the most ever has been 3 doses over a period

TIPS ON STOPPING SMOKING
Although your mind's nicotine induced dopamine/
adrenaline
intoxication is an alert high, your chemical dependency is every bit as real and permanent as alcoholism. Treating a true addiction as though it were some nasty little habit is a recipe for relapse. There is no such thing as just one puff.

Did I really just High 5 a complete stranger?!...and other questions.
. :-) I was on
adrenaline
from then on, enough to get me up the long hill and home - 4.4 miles, a new PB for me. My question is - I need to fit a run in tomorrow, so that I can run Monday, Wednesday and Friday this week, fitting around my husband's work and having to look after my children.

Parkrun PB?
My previous PB was set on the 100th Riddlesdown parkrun a couple of months ago, I was being pulled round in the slipstream of all the other runners, caught up with the
adrenaline
leaking out of everyone's pores and knocked a huge chunk off my previous PB.

from me to you
I have been in many places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone. I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there. I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport; you have to be driven there. I have made
