Accupuncture

Quick question....has anyone tried accupuncture for endometriosis? As i cant have any contraception im trying to find alternatives

I do but it takes a long time to become effective and I have very complex symptoms. It helps with the sinuses problems so waiting to see what it helps with next. But i have so many. It depends on the symptoms I find other stuff works for some symptoms though.

Hi! I tried it yesterday for the first time ever no idea if it helped or not I don't suffer with period pain luckily (yet?) but do get stabbing pains and have large cysts. The acupuncturist said it has been known to reduce their size. So am hoping it could be the difference between removing my ovary or not. It was also a bit like a full health consultation he wanted to know everything about how I'm feeling emotionally and physically so it was kind of nice having that kind of conversation rather than just gross ones about surgery etc.
