Can't stop worrying I'll get fired from my job
I went to my fiances
acupuncture
office and received treatment today which also helped. I'm surprised though, how fast my back healed.. but then again I am only 23 so maybe I recover faster than older people.

New to this.
I am currently giving
acupuncture
a go, and I hope to I developed depression two years ago after running through many trial and errors. Lately, I've been feeling more and more hopeless. It's affected my job, social life, and overall health.

On way... as long as flights go
I have been relaxing, de-stressing, having
acupuncture
and counselling and also practicing mindfulness as well as listening to a hypnosis session. As well as cramming in as many leafy greens as possible. Positive mental attitude, escape from this snow and some quality time with hubby.

Autoimmune Thyroiditis & 4 months postpartum
Hi everyone, I discovered I had autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimotos) after seeing an acupuncturist for fertility issues. She immediately suspected my diagnosis and was 100% correct once I argued with my GP to have my full thyroid panel tested. As if by chance I fell pregnant with my first child at the

Can acupuncture help pudendal pain?
Trying to walk out a bit as travelling is tricky at present - but I’m wondering if
acupuncture
could help the pain? I am an MS patient, diagnosed 2012, possibly 20/22 years standing. Still mobile but finding this hard as also have SP catheter to manage.

The importance of the Psoas muscle and its connection to pelvic pain.
Hello Ladies, I hope you are all as well as can be expected and if not please don't that forget good days are around the corner. I am currently, finally after all these years, in Pelvic Physical Therapy, receiving myofascial pain release and trigger point work and of course learning proper yoga techniques

Natural remedies for A Fib
I have been reading about natural remedies for A Fib and have decided to try some of them. I am currently taking a variety of low-dose, whole-food, phytochemical supplements that are all derived from organic plant materials. I am also thinking of seeing a chiropractor as I have heard that they can manipulate

Infertility and awful periods, is it worth having a laparoscopy?
So I looked at diet and have been having
acupuncture
. I'm due to start chinese herbs this week for fertility. Fast forward 6 months and we have just been to speak to the doctor at our new clinic. She strongly advised a laparoscopy given our history, my pain, and that the IUI didn't work.

Neuro appt today - what's failing...don't know
I've also been trying some new things like
acupuncture
to help with the neuropathy so I feel like its going to be impossible to figure out what's causing my problem. Is it Ocrevus not working? Is it the 12 week washout that left me vulnerable to a flare-up? Is it the

Low AMH - successful IVF
I spoke to my best friends who kept me sane, I started going to
Acupuncture
- which helped me relax, I stopped drinking (as someone who loves a glass of wine,I'm not going to lie this was a big thing - even though I realised loads of other women had already done this!)

Vitamins, acupuncture and other things to help!?
I’ve read about some of you having
acupuncture
. How do you find the right practitioner and any advice on what I should be looking for etc.? Also does traditional Chinese medicine help? Not sure I fancy some of the herbs but if it helps I’m prepared to try it! Again-what or who do I look for??

Need help dealing with a bipolar sibling
My brother was diagnosed with bipolar a few years ago after coming out of a year-long depression that he fell into after having to get open-heart surgery (at age 28) to correct a previously undiagnosed congenital heart defect. Prior to the surgery, he held an office job in the tech industry, saved money
