Should we do a DNA fragmentation and semen microbiome test if above average normal sperm parameters?
Has anyone found DNA fragment station and/or semen mictobiome trstingbto flag anything when semen analysis was ok? My husband last had a semen analysis at the end of 2022, the results were reported as outstanding and above average, as was so when we had a test done in 2019 prior to starting IVF. My

Cancelled cycle- Should I delay IVF so I can have acupuncture?
We were planning on going again asap in my April cycle, but should I delay so that I can have the 3 months of
acupuncture
(as recommended by acupuncturists at least!)? Or will 6 weeks of it help? I’ll be 43 in October so aware that the evil clock is ticking.

I tried chiropractors,
Acupuncture
, and eventually went to a neurologist and received a Parkinson‘s diagnosis. I am on C/L and have been researching alternative treatments and have found some very interesting possibilities.

Diet in 2ww
Hi all Wondering what's everyone's diet like in 2ww? I keep hearing different opinions. My clinic advocates balanced diet. My acupuncturist recommends high protein. What about yours?

end our journey and goodbye
We were so happy for a day, 2 fertilised we kept hope as 4 is more than we’ve ever had, then one stopped, the other was abnormal we told ourselves we only need one, we kept the hope and dream alive and on the day of transfer on my way to
acupuncture
they phoned to cancel.

Alternative therapies
Specifically I’m thinking
acupuncture
, Tai chi, Qigong? If so what were the results? I started a weekly practice of Qigong and at home do movements focused on my liver. The Qigong practitioner sent me some dated info that said it has shown to improve fatty liver.

Help! cascade of hormonal events after Covid booster! Not sure where to turn next…
One day I feel not too bad and things like reflexology and
acupuncture
seem to balance me, but it’s only temporary. Today is a bad day and I feel so angry, confused and a bit desperate. What is wrong with me and how do I remedy this?? Any ideas please? Honestly who would be a woman!!!!

I need some advice on alcohol/next FET
hello all, so I need some advice. Today is Thursday and I am on day 1 of my natural FET cycle. On Saturday my partner and I went round to our neighbours for dinner. I brought a bottle of Prosecco for us to share as a ‘last hurrah’ before the new cycle starts. Anyway, we finished the bottle and I was

Chronic Tension Headaches again!
Hi, I have a long standing history of bouts of chronic tension headaches and am now in another bout. I had relief for a couple of days then went for
acupuncture
and my symptoms came back with a vengeance just after. it’s really ruining my life and I’m spending a fortune on anything that might help but to no avail.

Acupuncture for bladder issues
We asked if we could try
acupuncture
if TENS has no impact. Has anyone been down this route - or anything else not NHS standard? We feel we have tried all the meds and all the techniques, Botox not an option due to retention of urine, but urgency and frequency high and bladder capacity low.

First Time Here
Keto diet, lots of supplements,
acupuncture
, etc. I feel fortunate that my symptoms now are mostly low energy and digestive issues. I have an amazing team of physicians who, except LITT surgery, have done most of what they can offer.
