About to embark on ivf...
I have read that reflexology and
acupuncture
can support ivf or help your body up to and during ivf. Is this something anyone else had experienced? I tried
acupuncture
before and wasn't keen. But willing to try again. Any recommendations?

No rush....
Physio was too painful,
acupuncture
worked well so...resigned I started on the pain meds route with cocodamol. This was changed to Tramadol on arrival as GP felt more suitable. I didn't but thats another story. Moving here last year and change of lifestyle did wonders.

Update on Acupuncture
Well I have had 2 lots of
acupuncture
and it has made diddly squat of a difference. Still in pain constantly, horrendous tinnitus, IBS, memory loss, constantly tired, no, not tired, exhausted.

First reflexology session
Hi all Thought it would write and share my experience with reflexology. So I went for my first session yesterday. I'm not that type of person that believes in this kind of thing. I tried accupuncture and I honestly just felt like I was been conned when he said my fertile gland was blocked and he needed

It isn't easy.... hard to explain pain....
I suppose I am so much luckier than so many... but I live each day with pain. Got my new knees, but now my shoulders and arms are effected with "Fibrom.......". Got stuck in the bath, and my husband has tampered with the shower, so it has temporarily died. So I am now sitting on a plank of wood, with

I am new here
Within this time I had 4 sessions of
acupuncture
. Thought I was on road to full recovery but by late Jan 2017 my eye started feeling really weak with a lot of "twitching feeling" across face which is still continuing.
