Will and trust
I'm looking into setting up a Will/trust for my daughter who is 7. I'm trying to find a list on Mencap website for solicitors. But can't seem to find one. I've approached Irwin Mitchell and they quoted £1500 but I know wills and trusts ect can be expensive. Could anyone point me in the right direction

HRT for Osteoporosis
Hi everyone, Has anyone in their 30s been put on HRT for their osteoporosis? If so, what are the benefits, risks and side effects? I'm not clear what it even does. I have tried looking it up online and can only find advice for people going through the menopause!

Gadget recos?
As much as I've been trying to talk myself out of wanting a sports watch or fitness tracker, I keep going back to wanting one... I currently use the NRC app on my iPhone together with the iHealth app (or whatever its called) - and they don't work for heart rate training, for example. I've read that

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me with these results. I am currently on 100mg Levothyroxine and feeling like all of my Hypothyroid symptoms are coming back. I also take HRT oestrogel and Ultogestan progesterone, I take these much later in the day so as not to affect my Levothyroxine which I take first

Need advice on thyroid and HRT issues
I’ve got a TSH stuck close to 0 for some time now. Currently on 75/100. GPs just want to keep lowering Levo. NHS Endo not interested. However I have a follow up with them later this month. Previous private Endo doesn’t specialise in female hormones and was a private consultant so not attached to a hospital

Does anyone else over 60 with Glaucoma pay for eye lubrication in the UK ?
Apparently North East Essex patients have to pay for eye lubricants, also some areas of Somerset. Does anyone else ? It would be very useful to know. HRT now only costs £20 a year available to all women (probably only needed for a few years), so why not all Gaucoma medications ? Is lifetime conservation

I’ve posted a lot of results here as I don’t know what you would need for a clear understanding. Sorry I’m new here and have been in surgical menopause ages 37 so I’m trying to keep and eye on my health since then and adding back HRT I’ll try and add the extra results from bloods in comments?? Xx

unsightly collateral veins in pelvis/pubic area.
I’ve been following these forums for a couple years now- but this is my first time posting here….. ok so here it goes… long story short I’m a 33 year old female. In May of 2021 I was diagnosed with DVTS from the tips of my toes, all the way up both legs, both sides of my pelvis and up my IVC. Needless

PUL any success stories??
I found out I was pregnant last week. However, during the week before I had woke up in the night with sharp pains. I thought it was because I was due on and the pains had gone the following morning. So once I found out I was pregnant I went to A&E for reassurance. They booked me in for a scan which I

Female Testosterone Replacement Users
My endo has suggested I replace very low levels of testosterone with Androfeme, to complement my existing HRT package of Lenzetto and Utrogestan. After learning Androfeme costs £150.00 upward, and that my NHS GP already has female patients supplementing testosterone, I approached him to take on my prescription

I had really let myself get my hopes up after our only 3AB embryo was transferred last week. I had two positive pregnancy tests over the past 2 days and you know how it is.... I'd already worked out when my due date was and when I'd stop work for mat leave etc. Well I had my 9dp5dt blood test today and

hi ladies, I know I shouldn’t have but I decided to test yesterday morning, as had a good feeling I would get a positive, following what I believe was implantation bleeding last Wednesday. My OTD is Wednesday (29th). The line indicating a positive result came up pretty much straight away and was very
