I’ve posted a lot of results here as I don’t know what you would need for a clear understanding.

Sorry I’m new here and have been in surgical menopause ages 37 so I’m trying to keep and eye on my health since then and adding back HRT

I’ll try and add the extra results from bloods in comments?? Xx

Vitamin levels are better than previous post

But vitamin levels still not high enough

What vitamin supplements are you taking

Can you elaborate on the medication you’re taking that affects pituitary

I used to be on a gnrh analogue called syneral but not now. I’m on oestrogen testosterone and progesterone HRT. Small dose sertraline which I don’t need but can’t stop! No other supplements or medication x thinking of buying the vitamin d patches? X

suggest you also consider a separate vitamin B complex daily

supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in (not folic acid)

This can help keep all B vitamins in balance

Difference between folate and folic acid

healthline.com/nutrition/fo...

B vitamins best taken after breakfast

Thorne Basic B recommended vitamin B complex that contains folate, but they are large capsules. (You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule)

Thorne currently difficult to find at reasonable price, should be around £20-£25. iherb.com often have in stock. Or try ebay

Other options

IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results

In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate methyl folate supplement

How much vitamin D have you been taking

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is very effective as it avoids poor gut function.

There’s a version made that also contains vitamin K2 Mk7.

One spray = 1000iu

Suggest you try 3 sprays per day

Test twice yearly when supplementing

Test here if not also testing other vitamins

It’s trial and error what dose we need, with thyroid issues we frequently need higher dose than average

meanwhile look at increasing iron rich foods in your diet to improve ferritin to around 70

Improving and maintaining optimal vitamins is always first step

High cholesterol direct linked to low thyroid levels
