Hi everyone just wanted to know is it normal to have high active b12 when on 3 monthly Injections. I have had a private blood test done for multiple thing. Thyroid anemia ect included was active b12 which has come back at >300 pnol/L my last injection was December. Bit worried at how high it is.

Don't worry. It is normal to have very high B12 levels when supplementing. B12 is non toxic and any excess is expelled in your urine.
yes it is to be expected
brilliant thank you I was just concerned being active b12 rather than serum b12 as I’ve never had it tested before doctor only tests serum b12 which has higher reference rates.
