Depo Provera
Good morning, I was simply wondering if I could ask others experience of Depo Provera injections? It’s my last option before another surgery to hopefully reduce my ongoing pain. What side effects are commonly experienced? Thank you so very kindly! E x

Week 4 completed!
Yay, another week under my belt. I felt really good in this run & I even had a little energy to push slightly harder in the last minute .. I’d felt very slight knee discomfort on the previous time out, but I think that’s because I hadn’t transferred my insoles over to my new shoes 🤭🤣 . A bit naughty

Ongoing Amnesia.
hello lovely people; so i’ve been out of hospital for 54 days (ICU free for 76 days after 6 weeks in a coma due to a suicide attempt), and i read that memory loss of the event that caused your ICU stay is normal...however, i’ve noticed that lots of my previous memories are now gone. i can’t remember

Adderal XR and Guanfacine
She stopped having 2-3
accidents
a day. It was amazing. Then she stopped sleeping. Completely. We’ve never had a sleeping problem with any other medication. My son takes Focalin XR and guanfacine at night because it helps him slow down. Anyone else seen this drug interaction?

Massive setback
The pullups were more to stop the stress of when she had
accidents
as she found this really distressing. Since lockdown she has regressed to the point where she is not interested in using the toilet at all and is basically using her pullups 24/7.

Pain in arm
Hello Everyone I am now down to 2&1/2 mg of prednisone. Been on this for a week. As I have never been pain free I just put up with it as my CRP and ESR are excellent. The only thing is a high red blood cell count, For three days I have had a painful arm in the muscular area. Today it dawned on me I used

Controlling Spasticity following Spinal Injury
Accidents
such as dropping things on the floor are much more likely to happen to someone who is paralysed and are also more difficult to rectify without help. There have been occasions when my wheelchair has become jammed in furniture and I have just had to wait for someone to call.

Panicking! New to all of this
Hi guys, Hope you are all well at the moment. This is my first post so apologies if I am rambling. I am 25 years old currently working as a nurse. I am just in the process of ? being diagnosed with IBS. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a 'temperamental' stomach; if something stressful

Smug Post Alert!!!
So when I decided to take on C25K back in March I hadn’t run for 15years! Except for chasing the kids around the garden etc which generally left me feeling like I might need emergency medical attention. I had doubts but also determination. I had good days and bad. But when I really got into my stride

Wk 4 run 3 ✅
Found it tough today, calves screaming a bit, until the final run strangely so found a reserve of energy and picked up the pace for the last couple of minutes. Then looked at my Adidas app and we’d actually improved our pace on every run! I’m not worried about speed at this point but it was reassuring

Movicol use
Hello, I recently. Posted about starting toilet training but I think we still have an issue with impacted poo. My son started on movicol last May after becoming very constipated and doctor feeling tummy. We never got clear direction on how to use movicol from GP apart from its trial an error. We thought

Steroids and Intralipid Transfusion during COVID
Hi everyone, We were due to restart our 5th fresh cycle of ICSI last week but had it cancelled for a second time due to the COVID lockdown. We got the call from our clinic to say that we couldn’t go ahead with the planned steroid or intralipid treatment for NK cells so they suggested we delay our treatment

I'm new and could use some feedback
I was in 3 car
accidents
within the span of a year. None of which were my fault 27. I married a third time. This one cheated on me and spit in my face. 28. Dad is engaged to a woman he has met twice and lives in the Philippines 29. I started seeing a chiropractor that resurfaced my anxiety 30.
