So when I decided to take on C25K back in March I hadn’t run for 15years! Except for chasing the kids around the garden etc which generally left me feeling like I might need emergency medical attention. I had doubts but also determination. I had good days and bad. But when I really got into my stride I was sidelined for three weeks with an ankle injury on W8R3! Today I have completed the programme and apart from a bit of an ankle niggle which will probably require physio, I feel great. The support from people on this forum has been of great help so please don’t underestimate how valuable your contribution is. The C25K programme has reignited my enjoyment of exercise and feeling fit does wonders for your mental wellbeing.
Good luck to everyone just getting going. Follow the programme and look to the forum for support. You can’t go wrong 👌🏽
Now for a celebratory glass of rum! Cheers!

Well done! Just finished Wk9 R3 this morning and feeling great! I agree with you regarding all the inspiring posts. It's nice to know that you you are going through similar experiences as other C25K members and the humour of some certainly helps along with such good advice. Congratulations again and best wishes for future runs! X
