But right before I started, I noticed a large
abscess

What can it be?
I haven't been bitten, it looks like I have a large
abscess
. I'm not in pain on the inside or outside of my mouth. It just looks unsightly. Can anyone help or tell me if they have experienced this. Thanks

Questions about stopping Imbruvica due to infection
The last four weeks of my husband's 10 weeks on Imbruvica my husband experienced a lot of diarrhea and finally ended up in the ER twice in a week once with chest pain and the second time with a bad infection from an
abscess
that required surgery immediate stop of Imbruvica etc.

Chronic kidney disease
This reading can be affected by many things and antibiotics are one of the culprits and I have had two courses recently due to tooth
abscess
. He advised that the tab prescribed would do more harm than good. He said he will write to her and that will be an interesting read.

Reducing Pred..choices...obey doctor or DSNS?
Over the past years, apparently due to immunocompromised system due to pred, I’ve had a Cryptococcus lung nodule, sinus infections, cataracts, a colon
abscess
. All fixed now so I’m doing well, in my alternate reality of the PMR world. How to proceed?

Just before diagnosis I had three different infections all at the same time - UTI, two tooth
abscess
' and one
abscess
in armpit. Whilst I have had these before I have never had them together. Yesterday the two tooth

Relvar Elipta
Recently I was diagnosed as having an
abscess
on my lung and have been taking a long course of Co-amoxiclav as a first step in trying to get rid of the infection. Lately however I have noticed that soon after taking the Relvar Elipta I start with a coughing spell that lasts all day.

Is an abscess a flare?
Eventually GP diagnosed an
abscess
that required an emergency op as it sat on blood vessels. If the
abscess
burst I could be a goner. My blood test had given an ESR reading of 53 compared with my usual 5-8.

Hi, i had severe celulitus April 22 and emergency surgery to under arm to remove an
abscess
on my lymph nodes and surgery to lower chest wall to clear spreading infection above right kidney. I still have bad pain above kidney area and under arm. Is this normal? If so, how long will it last?
