Not too much on the strength this week

It was a strange week for me this week. Family birthday celebrations and Easter meant all my schedules were all over the place.

Lots of walking (over 45km in three days) lead to very tired muscles.

I didn't have time to get to the gym or a swim, but did manage my physio stuff. I also kept up with Move Every Day by just doing a quick 2.1km walk or run before breakfast on the really busy days.

I managed a 7km run too, HM. Three weeks tomorrow 😳, I hope I’m ready. Have a great week everyone

Lots going on and still the job is done... well done. Almost 4 months down for the formally RED January... I assume May is on too!
