I am beginning to feel it a bit now which is why I am adding in stretch session. I think with this amount I should maybe look a a little stretching every day to help prevent injury.
Anyone else out the doing RED January?

REDJanuary has been great... Boxx app is going to kick my ass today. It really came at a great time for me as I was coming back from my ankle injury and dropped my running mileage right down to put the strength back into the joint gradually... and RED has kept me very active and my fitness on track. Tomorrow shall be a run day, Saturday is walking before and after parkrun marshalling, Sunday is junior parkrun so a short run before and some core work when I get home. I used to hate the gym, I still do, but I’m enjoying exercising at home and RED has made me look for more variety... definitely doing it again in February.
I am loving it, hehe so much I am not going to stop. It makes me stretch and do my Strength work. I am terrible at adding those in properly. When I want a quiet day I have to do a 20-30 min stretch session or I feel I have forfeited the challenge, so it is so good for me. I’m going to see if I can do 365 days of Move Everyday now. 😀.
