Today was the last day of the 6 week programe. Tbh I really didn't like half of it at the start but I grew into it over the weeks and now most exercises I enjoy. I now have to buy size medium which I'm very impressed with. Long way from xxl.
So wee week off to do what I like and next 6 programe starts Monday week. Wasn't going to do another one till after duathlons but I'm impressed with how I feel etc so I'm going again.

Leg press 3x15 (90kg 80 90)

Leg curl machine 4x12 (30 bar)
Calf raises 4x20(70 70 80 80)
