Last session of the 6 week programe

Today was the last day of the 6 week programe. Tbh I really didn't like half of it at the start but I grew into it over the weeks and now most exercises I enjoy. I now have to buy size medium which I'm very impressed with. Long way from xxl.

So wee week off to do what I like and next 6 programe starts Monday week. Wasn't going to do another one till after duathlons but I'm impressed with how I feel etc so I'm going again.

Today's session

3.2k run (before gym) 20mins pace 6.06/km

Gym session -

Squats 4x7reps (80 80 80 80)

DB Lunges 4x20(10each leg) (12.5kg)

G squat 4x15 (24kg)

Leg press 3x15 (90kg 80 90)

Leg curl 4x12 (30 bar)

Leg curl machine 4x12 (30 bar)

Calf raises 4x20(70 70 80 80)

That graphic is amazing... 6 weeks and impressive stats... easy to see why you’re going on another programme.

Yeah I was impressed with the graph. Does help you see what exactly you have done and far you have progressed

Impressed. Well done you. I’m still savouring running outside having cancelled gym membership before starting c25k. Amazing the things I’m finding as replacements for gym equipment

I don’t know what all those numbers mean but there are a lot of numbers in there so I am impressed. Keep up the good work
