Just a couple of strength sessions now 🤣.

Think I’ll change my target as this week I’m late nailing 150, it normally happens on Monday, so 150 doesn’t really challenge.

Does spending the day at a water park climbing up and down steps etc count. Trying to hold on to your son and stopping you both from capsizing count as strength work. 😁💪

On email settings on preferences. I also get direct alerts via the HU app... bot an email from here or an alert from the app shows on my watch, unless I’m exercising.

With you on this one. Usually my 150 is wrapped up nicely by the time I go to bed on Monday. This week, it's approaching lunchtime on Wednesday and I'm only on 106 (according to Garmin, Google clocks me at 217).
