Think I’ll change my target as this week I’m late nailing 150, it normally happens on Monday, so 150 doesn’t really challenge.

Does spending the day at a water park climbing up and down steps etc count. Trying to hold on to your son and stopping you both from capsizing count as strength work. 😁💪
