Morning Sue, it is lovely here to at the moment in Derbyshire. Don't know how long it will last. Hope everyone has a smoke free day and continues on this long road to success.

Noir looks lovely Sue, nothing nicer than a pet who is there for you when you wake up. I did have two border collie dogs, but one died last year, it is still strange that he is not here. Sheba who has been with him for over 12 years still misses him. Undecided at the moment whether or not to get a companion for Sheba.

Everyone have a lovely day, if you are working hope you have a pleasant day if not working a nice relaxing day.

Suec x

Sadly I lost a cat 2 years ago. :-( Joss. She was 20 years and 5 months which was a great age but I do so wish I had more time. Still miss her.

About 3 years before died Noir wandered into my life. He had been abandoned and was living rough. It took 6 months to befriend him and now he's like my shadow. :D :-) The photo was taken with him as per usual sitting on my lap while I cross stitch, although he lets me know when I havee to stop and it's cuddle time!!!!

Oh I hope you get sorted Jillygirl. Know how you feel have never felt so bad since I finished radiotherapy, it has wiped me out. Just keep thinking things will get better don't know what is a side affect from meds, treatment or stopping smoking. suec x

Hi Jilly.

Sorry to hear you are suffering and that the Dr can give you a lotion or potion to relieve the rash.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one with nice weather. Lets dare to hope it could finally be spring :D

Here's a blonde joke.....if your are blonde no offence meant (disclaimer)

Two sisters, one blonde and one brunette, Inherit the family ranch. Unfortunately, after just a few years, they are in financial trouble. In order to keep the bank From repossessing the ranch, they need to purchase a bull so that they can breed their own stock.

Upon leaving, the brunette tells her sister, 'When I get there, if I decide to buy the bull, I'll contact you to drive out after me and haul it home.'

The brunette arrives at the man's ranch, inspects the bull, and decides she wants to buy it. The man tells her that he will sell it for $599, no less. After paying him, she drives to the nearest town to send her sister a telegram to tell her the news. She walks into the telegraph office, and says, 'I want to send a telegram to my sister telling her that I've bought a bull for our ranch. I need her to hitch the trailer to our pickup truck and drive out here so we can haul it home.'

The telegraph operator explains that he'll be glad to help her, then adds, it will cost 99 cents a word.' Well, after paying for the bull, the brunette realizes that she'll only be able to send her sister one word.

After a few minutes of thinking, she nods and says, 'I want you to send her the word 'comfortable.'

The operator shakes his head. 'How is she ever going to know that you want her to hitch the trailer to your pickup truck and drive out here to haul that bull back to your ranch if you send her just the word 'comfortable?'

The brunette explains, 'My sister's blonde. The word is big. She'll read it very slowly.... 'com-for-da-bul.'

Tee Hee :-) :D :D :D :-)

Yep, that just about wraps it up in this crazy EU society of ours now....

Morning everyone, Jilly hope you set some help with the rash. I get the Hives rash just from medication allergies. they give me liquid Diprosalyic as it always starts around my ears and scalp. it does eventually work. it's a hellishly itchy rash to have!

Hope you and Sue soon get some strength back after all that heavy duty treatment.

Well, well... Sun's here today, first time I've been marginally warm since last October - Magic!

Off to do some "jiggling about" as my husband used to call it, at the Aerobics Class. I'm knackered for the day after that. But it helps with the not smoking, so needs must.

Have a beautiful day folks, whatever you're doing, this bonny Monday.

Gill, xx

OMG!!! Just put the news on to catch the weather at midnight and heard about the 3 bomb (2 at the Boston marathon and 1 at JFK lirary) in America. I hope that all the injured recover and my heart goes out to those families who have lost love ones. There are some really sick wicked people in this world.

So sad
