Hi everyone, just a quick post to say BIG thank you to you all , for your lovely comments and
wishes. I regard you all as my true friends and will do my best to keep you informed.
Meanwhile I dont want any of you joining me , so you stay positive and focused.
You are all brill and I know you can quit. It might be a bit late for me but it certainly isnt for you.
Even now I will be benefitting from quitting . Like the docs say it makes your body healthier to fight back.

I'm having the purple kisses, it's my favourite colour. Well I didn't get any flowers which I said I would treat myself to, so as I'm going to do my shopping in a while, I am definitely going to get some today.

For your information, i think i'm quite a good cook as for mash flippin potato, i firstly mash them with a folk, then put some marge in and a touch of milk, mix that up, then put some mustard in it, mix it up, then if it looks lumpy, i chuck it on the floor, stomp on it a bit, then chuck it on the ceiling, and if it sticks, then i know its just rite
How do you do your's ??

oh I make mine exactly the same as you Pete, I do make sure I've taken my shoes off before I stomp on it though, don't want any dirt getting into it and then just to be on the safe side, I dollop it out onto the chair and sit on it.
Rite you lovely Ladies, have got to go now and get some work done, as in clear my greenhouse out and clean my mower and put it away ready for next spring etc etc
Kaz, you say you are going to get some flowers, well if you can get them, get some freisias and put them in your bedroom gal, cus they smell gorgeous gal

Those are nice flowers, snow drops are so pretty and the first sign of Spring coming and poppies are so bright and cheerful. I didn't realise you could get different colours, though they were all red. The problem I find with freisias these days is that they just don't seem to have any smell at all. When I used to buy them they would fill the whole downstairs of the house with their scent.
I've tried Green Tea Pete, it's not the nicest drink in the world but as you say it's good for you, maybe try adding a bit of honey it does make it taste a bit nicer.
So have you actually done any exercise on your rowing maching today Pete or have you just sat on it to clean it? Watch what you say or I'm telling ... again
What did your husband cook you for tea Sue? Sponge with pink custard by any chance?

As 4 exercise, i'm just in the thinking stages of it, but truly, my new quit date is Monday, the 22nd October, then i will start exercising again, cus i know i will snack on things that arnt good for me

I do a lot of thinking about exercise, I think about it so much it tires me out then I haven't got the energy to actually do any Well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
I think I will join you on starting on the exercise on Monday Pete as I am eating more sweets than I was and walking round the ping pong table just isn't enough.

About calling you laddie, get used to it laddie I'll let you off this once about the spear seeing as you were only practising and I was bending over at the time, easy target that one If it happens again though, do expect retaliation
