Hi Arla S and welcome to Quit Support🙋‍♀️

Yes it’s quite normal for your digestive system to be out of sorts when you quit smoking. Make sure to drink plenty of water as vaping can dehydrate you. You are doing really well with 9 days smoke free so huge congratulations to you. If you can fit in some exercise or have a walk, this will also help. Remember this is a big change and your body takes a while to adjust. This will settle down.

We look forward to supporting you on your journey and well done 🚭💪🤗xx

Welcome to Quit Support ArlaS 👍👋👋👋and a big WELL DONE for reaching 9 days smokefree 👏👏😀

Yes, like our Briarwood has said, its pretty normal for our digestive system to get mixed up during our quit journeys 👍when we quit our bodies go through a vast change🚭If the symptoms persist or you get worried, then go see your GP 😀

Good luck ArlaS and if you need any help, just come a shouting 👍😀🐱🚭

Congratulations on reaching day 9.

I've just quit myself and I have now reached day 19. I didn't experience any of those symptoms you described. I had infrequent headaches which have completely stopped. For the last seven days running, however, I keep involuntarily waking at around 4 in the morning. I'm therefore generally quite groggy during the day. It affects how much I can get done in the day and so I'm really looking forward to when this phase passes.

I hope your issue clears up soon.
